It's Been Around For Centuries
In a perfect world, I'd use local honey in a glass jar with a wooden spoon. I do have some Manuka honey, too, and I dip a wooden spoon into the jar when I use that in my coffee. Try this.
I use “raw honey” usually in my coffee, it’s not much of a sweetener, I use it for the butyrate’s that has helped my constipation issues.
The plastic bottle has a unique valve in the lid, turn it over, nothing comes out until I squeeze the bottle and it stops as soon as I stop squeezing.
I do stir it with a stainless spoon.
