There’s no question that we are getting more concerned and stressed these days over things going on all around us. If not, where have you been?
Keep in mind that this means we are keeping our focus on the physical world, whether it’s money, COVID and vaccines, CRT and education, or immigration issues. Too much focus on the physical creates an imbalance, though, and to secure your well-being, it’s healthy to balance the physical with a positive attitude (your mind) and a spiritual belief.
Spirituality isn’t referring to a religion (albeit, it may encompass religion for you), but it refers to maintaining your awareness of a higher, invisible energy source - a source that created all living things, like Mother Nature.
When you keep your physical (body), your thoughts (the mind), and your spiritual presence (the creator) in balance, you can keep calm when anxiety tries to dominate your thoughts, you can create solutions to physical problems (like COVID or political issues), and you can improve your outlook by choosing positivity over negativity.
To stay healthy, happy, and positive, keep these 3 components in balance and don’t allow one to dominate the other.
Sometimes we don’t have the answers to why bad things happen, like illness, but if you stay centered and positive, you will discover health, wealth, and wisdom at some point in the future.
Most importantly, avoid the victim trap, resist depending on someone else to fix your problems for you, and continue to educate yourself on ways you can keep your balance.
Always research issues yourself, believe in staying positive, and nurture your spiritual connections because this is where your truth lies. This is where your health resides. This is where thoughts become reality.
None of us is perfect, and many times our opinions are not right, but if your mind, body and spirit are in balance, you can keep on truckin’ in a more balanced and healthy way.
It’s that simple. I’m not saying that it’s easy, but this is how you can better achieve and maintain health and happiness.
