Hi Charlotte. My former suppler sadly closed his business in France during COVID, so these are the best resources I have found to replace him. So happy to know your story about the silica. Yep, it is as good as you can get for your body's benefit!

Here are some green clay sources:

https://www.argiletz.com/produit/clay-green-ground-fine-1kg/?lang=en (Safe for Internal use; they are opening a new office in Canada in a few weeks; they have a line of toothpaste with clay, too. I make my own toothpaste with this clay.)

https://www.frontiercoop.com/search?search=green+clay&type=1 from Frontier Herbs. (Pure clay, not labeled for Internal use; buy smallest grain not for skin treatment.) One of my favorite choices at $18.00 a lb.

https://essentialwholesale.com/french-green-clay (Pure clay, not labeled for Internal use; buy smallest grain not for skin treatment.) I recently ordered a 1 lb bag from them to test this choice, and the total cost with shipping was $24.47.

** note that the FDA has not certified the green clay for internal use, so some products will be labeled for external use only. Please read my Detoxification ebook and my many articles about green clay, which is certified as safe for internal use in France, Australia, and most all European countries. I do not recommend bentonite clay for internal use, yet the FDA has certified bentonite for internal use.

Years ago, in the mid-1990s, my Doctor, a homeopath, recommended I take silica daily for my bones. I had broken my ankle. I have always used it, and now, at age 69, I have no osteoporosis. Of course, I’ve always taken other measures to prevent osteoporosis. Thank you for the recipe for toothpaste!

I have one question, though: where do you source green clay? Thank you!
